Urban Wedding Tying In A Couple’s Love For Travel

“It doesn’t matter where you’re going, it’s who you have beside you.” A quote used on George and Christina’s wedding welcome bags for out of town guests, as well as a saying that is reminiscent of their relationship + near and dear to their hearts. George and Christina have always shared a love for travel and adventure! In fact, it’s an important part of their love story! These love birds got engaged in Italy after a romantic gondola ride in Venice. While strolling through the court yard of Piazzo San Marco, George grabbed Christina’s hand, got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. George said she was so surprised and said “yes” before he could even finish the speech he had in his head! So it was only natural that they tied a few nods to their love of travel into their wedding. Pulling fun elements into their design, George and Christina used airport codes for table numbers, luggage tags in the welcome gifts for their out of town guests, a map as a guest book and travel themed wedding programs.
