I immersed myself in the world of weddings in 2015 when my daughter decided to tie the knot in Atlanta while residing in Chicago. As a natural-born helper, an Enneagram 2, and the mother of the bride, I jumped at the opportunity to help plan her wedding. To my surprise, I absolutely loved and thrived at it—so much so that after the wedding, our planner asked if I'd be interested in working for her. And that is when I caught the wedding planning bug. Serving others brings me so much joy that in 2019, I launched Gloria Schulz Events.
