Ayanna Hawkins, Marketing Director at Phase Events | Phase Family Center,  popped by the blog to share all about their versatile space for wedding celebrations. With multiple spaces and options on where to host your wedding events, there’s room for so many types of visions to come to life.

Couples looking to host a wedding in the greater-Atlanta area have hundreds of options. What makes Phase Events so unique?
Phase Events is located in the heart of Alpharetta and offers multiple event spaces to accommodate head counts from 30 to 400 guests. Phase offers beautiful spaces that are a perfect color palette to bring any vision to life. We offer ample parking, and we partner with hotels that provide shuttle service. We take the stress off of our couples by providing a 5-star preferred vendor listing. Caterers can work out of a large, equipped kitchen, porters are on-site to ensure the facility is sanitized and presentable for guests. We offer indoor and outdoor space to create the perfect ambiance for a couple’s ceremony and reception.
How does Phase Events adapt to couples’ needs?
Phase staff goes above and beyond to make sure the couple is heard, and we deliver the vision by working with the couple’s vendors to ensure the event is flawlessly executed.
How does Phase Events cater to small, intimate weddings vs. big, boisterous ones?
We offer several event spaces within the building to accommodate intimate weddings to large receptions. Our onsite event assistant works with our couples closely to create a floor plan based on their desired look and the flow of the room.

Why does Phase Events enjoy hosting weddings?
Our team is passionate about creating memorable moments for our clients that are flawlessly executed. Milestones are so important in the day-to-day of our client’s lives and our team is passionate about being a part of someone’s special day. From the initial tour to the execution of the event, our team strives on listening to and hearing our client’s vision and helping assist to bring that vision to life.
What are your tips for couples who are just starting the wedding planning process, especially those who are still trying to pick a venue?

When deciding on a venue, also take into consideration and observe the staff you will be working with. Make sure to find a venue where you connect with your events team, so you know your event is in good hands.
