Event Wrap Up — The Big Fake Wedding Atlanta 2021

As a wedding guest, it is so fun to see all the vendors the bride and groom chose to make their day extra special — from the venue and the music, to the tablescapes arranged with beautiful food and drinks, to the photography that immortalizes the wedding.

But when it comes to planning your own wedding, it’s rare to get that immersive experience with vendors before booking them — except when attending the Big Fake Wedding Atlanta. Recently, The Big Fake {Micro} hosted their unforgettable event for engaged couples, so they could see potential vendors in action. The event mimics the experience of an actual wedding, complete with a beautiful bride and handsome groom and their wedding party — and, of course, all the cuisine and interior design you’d expect to see at an actual wedding.

For this event, vendors were tasked with designing the Big Fake {Micro} Wedding around the theme: Black Sand Beach, inspired by Iceland’s moody and romantic black sand beaches. The bride was styled with an airy and moody aesthetic, the venue was modern industrial and the atmosphere of the party was earth inspired and unexpected.
