Hope & Daniel’s Jewish-Catholic Wedding at The St. Regis Atlanta
Hope and Daniel’s road to marriage began near the end of college, when a mutual friend thought they’d make a good match. Years later, they stood together on the rooftop terrace of The St. Regis Atlanta, saying “I do” in a celebration reflective of their love, their families and the traditions that shaped them.
The St. Regis Atlanta has long been a special spot for the couple, making it more than just a pretty wedding backdrop. During Covid, when big adventures were put on pause, they found a little slice of escape at the hotel. Staycations by the pool and pre-dinner cocktails in the lounge became their way of finding joy in a heavy season. You could say that choosing the venue for their wedding felt less like a decision and more like coming home.
On the rooftop terrace, Hope and Daniel’s ceremony was something truly rare and meaningful: part Jewish, part Catholic. A rabbi led one half, and a Catholic priest guided the other. That balance honored both of their faiths while symbolizing a truth every married couple learns — when you marry someone, you embrace their family, their community and the traditions that raised them.
Andy Beach of Sejour Events transformed the venue into something straight out of a spring daydream. Towering trees framed the dance floor, creating the feeling of celebrating under a canopy of new life. And when it came time to party, Hope and Daniel wanted nothing to do with a “typical” wedding playlist. Instead, they brought in The After Party Experience (“TAPE”) from Sam Hill Entertainment, a band-and-DJ combo that expertly jumped from timeless oldies to rap anthems. The energy never dipped, and the dance floor stayed packed from the first song to the very last beat.
And because no good party runs on empty, the couple made sure their guests were fueled well into the night. A martini cart served up espresso and lychee martinis with flair, while late-night snacks like chicken biscuits and sliders kept everyone going strong long after dinner.
Between the meaningful ceremony, the jaw-dropping décor and a dance floor that refused to quit, The St. Regis once again became Hope and Daniel’s place of escape. Only this time, it marked the start of their forever.
