Brooke & Zac’s Charming Southern & Retro Wedding
Brooke and Zac’s big day was everything you’d expect from a charming southern wedding and more. Adding in some retro and fun touches, it was all smiles all day.
The morning began with a light drizzle of rain, which only set the romantic mood for the remainder of the day. Brooke and her bridesmaids got ready in the venue’s cottage bridal suite. Dressed in black and white monogrammed pajama dresses, the women sipped bubbly and got done up by Hannah Jarriel and Hailee Morgan Artistry. Not too far away on the grounds, Zac and his groomsmen relaxed and played pool in the Groom’s Parlor all morning.
When you look as stunning as Brooke did, everyone needs a first-look. First up, the bride revealed her wedding day look to her 10 bridesmaids, evoking clapping and “oohs and aahs.” Then after an emotional reveal to the father of the bride, it was time for the big reveal to Zac. There were tears shed, as this moment had been anticipated for a long time.
From there, the day took off. Smiles were shared, laughs were had and the closest friends and family celebrated the happy couple all night long. There was no shortage of dancing, playful cowboy hats and film camera snaps!
In the reception barn, Wisteria Southern Floral Designs created a dreamy vision with pastel arrangements. Adding a regal air to the feminine florals, the venue glimmered with gold-toned chargers, candle sticks and Chiavari chairs. And the charming southern monogrammed napkins added sophistication to each table setting.
Exchanging their formal footwear for high-top sneakers, Brooke and Zac prepared to leave the reception in style. With an antique Pontiac Firebird convertible as their getaway car, the newlyweds officially began their lives together.
