Q Center is a new and beautiful addition to Chicago-area weddings in recent years, with previous history as being a private corporate training facility to Fortune 500 companies. Situated on 95 acres along the stunning Fox River in St. Charles, IL, the venue offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor locations, including a sprawling 19,000-square-foot ballroom and an intimate outdoor pavilion for stunning waterfront ceremonies. From small affairs to grand soirees, this venue offers the whole package with on-site accommodations, event planners, catering and plenty of services and recreation options to make your happily ever after come to life!
Event Spaces
For couples who love to take in the beauty of nature, enjoy the seasonal outdoor pavilion, which can host up to 200 guests for your ceremony, cocktail hour or reception. With glimmering lighting, a classic stone fireplace and the beautiful backdrop of Q Center’s main pond and water feature, your vision can come to life with plenty of room for customization!
For year-round celebrations, enjoy two stunning indoor ballrooms that can accommodate up to 800 guests for a seated reception, with plenty of room to get your groove on! The 19,000-square-foot Fox River Ballroom is designed to be closed into sections to make weddings of 100 feel just as grand as weddings of 800. You’ll love the space’s panoramic reception area view of beautiful forests. The St. Charles Ballroom can host up to 300 and offers easy access from the Pavilion to make your guests’ journey to get the party started simple and convenient.
Enjoy one of Q Center’s unique venue options for your ceremony or cocktail hour, including the newly renovated courtyard, featuring a stunning water feature and two fire pits for guests to relax on chilly nights. The lush, grassy peninsula overlooking the venue’s main pond and water feature is perfect for breathtaking ceremonies, with quick access to the pavilion for an evening reception.
Wedding Packages
With over 20 years of planning experience combined, Q Center’s wedding specialists are ready to create a custom package to make your dream day come to life! With talented and professional catering and planning professionals, each menu and wedding package is handcrafted to fit your needs and desires. Q Center offers two specially-designed wedding packages. Starting at $75 per person, packages includes:
- Four hours of premium bar service
- A selection of butler passed hors d’oeurves (quantity varies by package)
- Reception dinner (service type and course quantity varies by package)
- Unlimited wine service during dinner
- Champagne toast for all guests
- Floor length white linens, napkins and votive candles
- A complimentary wedding night suite for the newlyweds
- Special menu pricing for children, young adults and vendors
- Preferred guest room rates
- Complimentary parking
