Virtual Venue Tour: The Brix on the Fox

Looking for an industrial-chic venue for your big day? Be among the first to book your wedding at The Brix on the Fox in Carpentersville, IL! This brand new wedding venue is officially open and booking into 2020!

The building, once the Borden Condensed Milk Company, was purchased by OTTO Engineering in 2014 and underwent extensive renovations to be restored to its original appearance. Now, historic Haeger Yellow Brick walls surround beautiful wood floors, creating the perfect blank slate for any wedding or event. The venue offers 9,600 square feet of event space, including a bridal suite and catering prep area. The 6,000-square-foot banquet room fits farm tables for up to 240 guests and seating for 300+.

The Brix offers a reasonably priced all-in-one rental package and a “Your Life, Your Style” attitude that make wedding planning easy. A 12-hour rental includes tables and chairs, ceremony space, an open air photo booth (your guests can print their photos!), bridal suite with private powder room, world-class sound system, downlighting, retractable drape system, coat check, on-site event liaison, planning assistance and large catering area. Check out their Simplified Pricing here. Instead of needing to choose a caterer from a list of preferred vendors, couples are encouraged to select their own caterer…even food trucks! Couples can also buy their own alcohol (as long as they have a licensed bartender to serve it) or bring in a bartending service, which saves them quite a bit in the end!

Even more perks of booking at The Brix include 150 free parking spaces (plus street parking), wifi access, exclusive use of the venue on the day of your event and access to a list of local vendors recommended by the venue. The Brix is also located on the banks of the Fox River, offering beautiful, scenic photo opportunities. Click here for more on the newest venue in town, and check out photos below!
