Ethereal Ballroom Wedding on Sea Island, GA

To kick off the weekend the bride and her attendants gathered at the Sea Island Beach Club for a poolside lunch, gifts and dipping their freshly pedicured toes in the ocean water while the groom and his groomsmen enjoyed an afternoon on the links at the Sea Island Lodge. Friday evening the family met for a brief photoshoot before heading to Rainbow Island for a casual southern supper with family and friends over looking the Frederica River as the sun set.  The wedding ceremony was held in the chapel adjacent to the Cloister gardens; beautiful magnolia floral arrangements and lanterns lined the walkway to the chapel while tulips adorned the end of each pew. Immediately following the ceremony, a reception was held in the beautiful club room at the Cloister. The room is opulent and perfectly adorned with white floral arrangements and gold accented furniture pieces. Guests were seated in Tess Chairs with clear backs while the tables featured radiant chargers and a mixture of hydrangea and tulip centerpieces. Guests were served from a white mirrored bar with gold bar backs that further accentuated the grandeur of the affair. Plush lounge seating flanked the dance floor for those enjoying spectating or in need of a break from their dancing shoes. It was a fabulous weekend and we are thrilled to have been a part of such a special weekend for this precious family.
