Sweet & Traditional Blush Wedding at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota in Sarasota, FL
Even a tempestuous forecast couldn’t stop Patricia and Michael from celebrating their momentous day. On the blustery April day, friends and family gathered at the foot of The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota staircase to watch the couple exchange their vows. The stairs were lined with lush greenery, cascading florals, a host of bridesmaids in blush gowns, and groomsmen in traditional black tuxedos. Classern String Quartet serenaded as Patricia ascended the staircase adorned in a pure white cap-sleeve ballgown with a lace bodice and a tulle skirt. She held a bouquet of white, ivory, and pink blooms offset with bright greenery that complemented the foliage surrounding her, all arranged by Botanica International Design Studio. After the ‘I do’s,’ the party retreated from the gale to the cocktail hour where they were greeted by a large mirror emblazoned with “Welcome to Mike and Patricia’s Wedding.” The personalization continued into the ballroom with a space designed by South Florida wedding and event designer NK Productions that incorporated the brides’s love of monograms – on pillows, matches, napkins, glasses, and drink stirrers – into the romantic atmosphere. The tables were adorned with floral-wrapped candelabras and towering arrangements of garden roses, ranunculus, spray roses, and delphinium with touches of peonies and hydrangeas accented with greenery. Dinner, toasts, and traditions dispensed, the guests and newlyweds mounted the dance floor for non-stop celebrations into the night. Husband and wife duo Cody and Tiffany of Southwest-Florida based wedding photography business Hunter Ryan Photo captured every meaningful detail of the couples’ special day while Florida wedding videographers at Voila Cinematic created a reel of the newlyweds’ memorable moments.
