Colorful Southern Wedding Inspiration at The Inn at Oak Lawn Farms in Carrollton, GA
Combining both soft and bold colors in a way we didn’t know was possible, the talented members of Atlanta based Wedding Planners and Floral Designers at Wrennwood Design helped to make this styled shoot have the perfect vintage feel. Surrounded by the sprawling Georgia estate, this sweet setup was able to come together flawlessly. The outdoor stone fireplace adorned with the vibrant floral arrangement made for a beautiful altar. The bold blues, yellows, greens, and the softer whites and purples found in the bouquet, centerpieces, and boutonniére, as well as the vintage style velvet chairs and embroidered linens came together in just the right way to make you feel like you had taken a step back in time. Little details, from the delicate blue and white floral patterned invitations and customized vows written in calligraphy, to the attention grabbing yellow antique style ring box fit like puzzle pieces and truly brought this look together. With a breathtaking wedding gown, impeccable bridal makeup, and a handsome suit for the groom, the attire added even more to create the flashback feel of the shoot. A delicious naked blackberry and lemon cake created by Simply Catering looked understated yet unique and fit flawlessly with the other elements of this shoot. Of course, we can’t forget the fabulous vintage getaway truck, painted in the bold blue the stylists based the shoot around.
