Rachael & Paul: Love On Film at The Tate House
Rachael and Paul met the modern way: via the dating app Hinge. Paul’s clever first move, a playful message about needing physical therapy for his golf injury, caught Rachael’s attention amidst the usual “what’s up?” greetings. Their initial meeting felt natural, sparking a connection that quickly became a deep and loving relationship. Rachael admires Paul’s charisma and thoughtfulness, while Paul cherishes Rachael’s infectious laughter and adventurous spirit. Together, they love family time, traveling, EDM concerts, and indulging in great food.
While visiting Paul’s family one weekend, Paul pulled Rachael off to the side before dinner. Leading Rachael to a candlelit path by the pond, Paul guided her to a flower-covered arbor, where he asked her to spend their lives together—this magical moment marked the beginning of their journey to the aisle.
The couple chose The Tate House, a mansion estate 45 minutes north of Atlanta, for their celebration. Though they were already legally married, they wanted a beautiful wedding to celebrate with their loved ones, centered around their faith. The historic charm of The Tate House, with its pink marble mansion, lush gardens, pond and scenic mountains, was the perfect backdrop for Rachael’s childhood dream wedding.
On these beautiful grounds, the couple enjoyed exploring and taking couple portraits with their photographer, Cheyenne Zebeau-Faires. Cheyenne’s film and digital photography blend added a vintage allure to the images. The couple cherished these moments together, feeling time slow down as they focused on each other. “The look on his face at first glance is something I’ll never forget,” Rachael reminisces. “Each time we look back on those amazing photos, we truly feel that moment again.”
The highlight of their day was the heartfelt ceremony, a sweet memory they hold dear. Their shared faith, a cornerstone of their relationship, made the religious ceremony in front of friends and family profoundly special. Surrounded by loved ones, Rachael and Paul celebrated their union and the love and faith that brought them together.
