Gray, White & Metallic Contemporary Industrial Wedding Inspiration
This contemporary wedding inspiration is simply stunning! A gray and white palette with metallic details and lush greenery create a wild, sophisticated look that’s perfect for a modern couple…and this beautiful industrial venue!
From the Photographer
“This shoot was inspired by the industrial revolution architecture of a car museum that was built in the historic city of St. Augustine, Florida. The brick, metals, wood work, exposed ceilings, garage doors and floor to ceiling windows played a huge part in the overall design of this shoot. We wanted to keep it classic yet fresh and new. With shades of grey, black, gold, white and the greens from the florals, allowed us to make our vision come to life. The ghost chairs in the ceremony were non-invasive and allowed the focal asymmetrical floral ceremony backdrop be the forefront of the ceremony.
“The reception, set upstairs on the second floor with large windows and antique cars, was the perfect setting for our faux fireplace set up. The sweetheart table was set up with a cast iron base that matched the estate tables cast iron base form the industrial era. We used many layers of metals, glass and textured elements. The dancing area back downstairs has a tall balcony that surrounds the perimeter of the dance floor that opens to the second floor dark black ceiling, to create the illusion that you’re dancing under the night sky.”
