Elegant St. Patrick’s Day Wedding at The Estate in Atlanta, GA
Sometimes, a venue just speaks to you. For Keely and Matthew, The Estate by Legendary Events was practically shouting. Firstly, they loved the ambiance and intimacy of having their wedding in a space that used to be a home. Secondly, having an event coordinator attached to the venue offered some serious convenience. And finally, they realized that The Estate, an Atlanta estate wedding venue, had once been a restaurant where Keely’s parents themselves got engaged. Put it down to destiny. The day began with a traditional church ceremony and the couple exchanging vows under a stained glass window. Keely was a vision of classic bridal beauty in a timeless lace gown with an off-the-shoulder bolero topper and beaded belt for a polished look during their ceremony. She carried an overflowing bouquet of white tea roses and peach Juliet garden roses by Legendary Events. The bridesmaids donned Kelly green to integrate the bride’s love of St. Patrick’s Day while the groom and his attendants wore classic black tuxedos. The ceremony at an end and the two become one, the guests made their way to a cocktail hour then seated dinner. The reception was reminiscent of a lush garden, ornamented with green and gold and garnished with herbs and green apples. In the midst of customary dances and speeches, the newly designated husband and wife shared a five layer key lime and vanilla bean cake, trimmed with greenery. For the rest of the evening, Keely and Matthew in the center, the crowd danced, laughed, and raised a glass to love. Davy Whitener, an Atlanta-based destination wedding photographer captured the couples’ day on film while Atlanta videographers at Cre8ive Cinema documented the newlyweds’ most special moments in real time.
