In a worldly and moody ambiance, Ale and Alex’s Wimbish House wedding was mesmerizing. The couple’s story began in 2013 when fate intervened while Ale was looking for a tall date to semi-formal. Little did they know where this seemingly ordinary date set-up would lead them! Both having lived in various countries throughout their lives, Ale and Alex recognized the extraordinary significance of finding each other in this manner.
Embracing Their Worldly Heritage
A priority for their wedding day was to embrace their multicultural backgrounds and the diverse experiences that shaped their lives. In order to honored their heritages, the couple handpicked an array of delectable snacks from different countries to treat their guests to.
A Moody Ambiance
For the wedding itself, the couple a blend of gold, white and green hues set the stage for an classic ceremony. Following their vows, the atmosphere transformed into a moodier ambience during the reception. Soon the Wimbish House’s airy ballroom was adorned with moody and captivating black and purple accents. Every detail was carefully curated to create an enchanting experience for all in attendance.
Dancing the Night Away
Before the wedding, the couple spent months taking dance lessons with International Dance Studios. The dedication they poured into honing their skills was evident as they gracefully glided across the dance floor with confidence and zest. Ale and Alex combined slow and romantic moves with salsa, spins, dips, and even a full backflip. Their captivating performance spoke volumes about the effort they had invested in making their special day an unforgettable.
Although this choreography was undoubtedly highlight, dance floor environment that unfolded was also sight to behold. The energy electrified the room, igniting a vibrant atmosphere that engulfed each and every guest. Revelers spun with abandon, broke into street-style moves and some adventurous souls even took to crowd-surfing. Among the many remarkable dance floor moments, the Sea Snake Dance, also known as “La Vibora de la Mar,” stood out. This Mexican tradition brought everyone together in a harmonious rhythm that embodied the worldly spirit of Ale and Alex’s wedding. As the bride wistfully reminisced, “I wish I could have frozen that moment in time and made it last forever.”
