Atlanta Style Weddings 2025 Issue Release Party at The Georgian Terrace Hotel

On January 9, 2025, the Atlanta wedding scene was treated to an unforgettable evening at our Atlanta Style Weddings magazine release party. Hosted at the iconic Georgian Terrace Hotel, we brought together over 250 of Atlanta’s finest industry professionals, newlyweds, and wedding enthusiasts to celebrate love and the art of matrimony.

A Vision Brought To Life

The success of the evening was thanks to the remarkable vision and meticulous execution of J. Ladson Weddings &Events. J. Ladson Weddings & Events’ expertise truly transformed this celebration into a night to remember. From coordinating with vendors to designing a seamless flow for the event, Jade Ladson’s team ensured every detail came together beautifully.

A Grand Setting

The Georgian Terrace Hotel, an iconic Atlanta landmark renowned for its rich history and architectural beauty, was the perfect setting for our release party celebration. Opened in 1911, the Georgian Terrace has stood as a beacon of Southern charm and elegance, hosting legendary events and welcoming a roster of famous guests over its century-long legacy.

The Rented Event’s carefully curated Old Hollywood ambiance welcomed guests as they entered into the Piedmont Ballroom. While the decor transformed the space, live saxophone melodies drifted through the air to set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

After checking in at the Piedmont Foyer, attendees transitioned into the hotel’s Grand Ballroom, the heart of the celebration. This regal space, with its soaring ceilings and magnificent architectural details, provided stunning surroundings for the night ahead.

Creating a Memorable Experience

Every moment of the night was thoughtfully crafted and curated to delight. Millbrook Farm Flowers supplied lush floral arrangements, while BBJ La Tavola added elegance with luxurious linens. The cohesive visual identity, including beautifully designed stationery and signage by With Love Paperie, ensured the evening’s theme was evident.

Balloonacy greeted guests upon arrival with a playful and chic photo backdrop. Against the backdrop, Button It Up‘s photo booth added interactive fun (and stayed busy all night long!) Complete Weddings + Events floated throughout the release party, photographing every candid moment. Meanwhile, Captured by Chris brought the excitement to social media, sharing highlights in real-time.

Entertainment That Sparkled

The party’s entertainment was as lively as it was memorable. A mirrored dance floor from Atlanta Dance Floor drew guests in to dance the night away, while the DJ, courtesy of  Complete Weddings + Events, kept the energy high. Attendees were also treated to a live event painting by RonniPaints, a unique and personal keepsake capturing the spirit of the evening.

For those with a shopping itch, a special Kendra Scott pop-up provided the perfect opportunity to browse stunning pieces, with 20% of proceeds supporting Brides Against Breast Cancer. This thoughtful addition merged style with philanthropy, creating an opportunity for guests to give back while enjoying the night.

Delectable Delights

Any good party needs great food – and our catering partners provided! Culinary action stations by Electric Hospitality and Bold Catering showcased a variety of flavors while The Georgian Terrace Hotel served up passed hors d’oeuvres. Dessert stations from Artful Cakery by Julie, Cakes by Anna, and It’s a Sweet Life Bakery cured any guests’ sweet tooth with tiered cake displays and sweet treats. Signature cocktails, including “Edgar’s Signature Old Fashioned,” crafted by the hotel’s talented bartenders, added a perfect finishing touch.

A Stylish Affair

As with every Atlanta Style Weddings release party, our team made sure to look our best. Our glam was courtesy of Beauty by Beé, who helped us shine as we celebrated our latest issue.

Thoughtful Farewells

As the evening came to a close, guests were treated to thoughtfully curated goodie bags as parting gifts. Each bag contained a copy of the magazine, a signature fragrance from Susan James Fragrances, an It’s a Sweet Life Bakery cookie, Atlanta Style Weddings lip balm, With Love Paperie stationery samples, and a pressed-flower keychain from Millbrook Farm Flowers —memorable keepsakes from an extraordinary evening.
