Who May Apply?

What to Provide?

In many counties, the license is $97.50, which will be reduced to $37.50 if the couple has undergone at least four hours of premarital counseling by a qualified instructor. However, in Davidson County, the license is $99.50 and will be reduced to $60 if they’ve done a premarital counseling course.
