The Candler Hotel’s Downtown Elegance for Tiara and Erique
The Candler Hotel’s downtown elegance set the stage of Tiara and Erique’s glamorous July wedding. Keeping the color palette to black, white and red, the downtown Atlanta hotel’s timeless and elegant decor sang on its own.
Tiara and Erique met at the Georgia Aquarium, where she was capturing photos of the dolphins and penguins and he was working security. The two became friends and then dated for seven years before tying the knot. It was important to the couple to take their time getting to know each other and their blended families. Both are passionate about their careers and have enjoyed supporting each other to work hard and be a team.
With COVID finally on its way out, the couple was able to host a small wedding with family members. Tiara and Erique exchanged vows in The Candler Hotel’s downstairs foyer, surrounded by marble columns and decadent details. Following the ceremony, the couple had an intimate dinner with guests at the hotel’s restaurant, By George.
Tiara stunned in two different gowns from Sweet Elegance Bridals. Tiara memorialized her passed grandparents with their portraits incorporated as charms on her bouquet. Not a typical bouquet, this one was made up of all white feathers and fronds, as unique and beautiful as the bride herself. Keeping with the color palette and overall downtown elegance, all the ladies present wore romantic red while the gentlemen wore black and white.
